Zweibel started his comedy career selling jokes for $7 to Borscht Belt standups. One night when he caught the attention of Lorne Michaels, he became one of the first writers at Saturday Night Live. He then went on to have a hand in a series of landmark shows including It’s Garry Shandling’s Show and Curb Your Enthusiasm. Through his own stories and interviews with famous friends, Laugh Lines is a cultural memoir of American comedy.
